Payment and cancellation conditions
We accept : Cash, Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank transfer , Payment link.
The reservation is effective upon receipt of a deposit corresponding to 50% of the amount of the stay.
IMPORTANT: To ensure our guests complete payment security, we do not use your credit card information for the payment of the deposit. We only use this information in the event of late cancellation or “no show”. Payment of the deposit can be made, at the guest’s choice, either by bank transfer or by sending a payment link from our bank. This last payment method allows immediate payment, totally secure, and particularly suited to international payments.
Terms of stay
- Arrival: from 5 PM to 7 PM
- Departure: before 10 AM
- Deposit on arrival : 300€ for the lodge “Le Bonheur de Ronsard” and 500€ for the cottage “Au bras du tilleul”
- Charges for cancellation before the arrival date: 0% +7 days ; 70% less than 7 days; 100% the day before.
- Between April and October, the heating is put on at the request of the client. The heating package is then subject to additional invoicing.
